I have been yelling the same thing Karen is stating! "Constitutional Rights" is a wrong description. Our Rights were simply enumerated by the Constitution..meaning listed or recorded...set out...stated.. Our Rights are natural as our Rights come from God..whether you believe in God or not. The Constitution is a restraint? on the gov't NOT on the people.
